Frequently asked questions
This is a crucial distinction. Conventional blood tests, like those ordered by your GP, are designed to detect disease, using broad reference ranges to identify what's “normal.”
Our approach is different. We use functional analysis, which looks at narrower, optimal ranges. This allows us to detect subtle imbalances and dysfunctions before they develop into full-blown conditions.
Your GP might say everything is “fine,” but functional analysis can explain why you're feeling fatigued, foggy, or struggling with weight. We focus on proactively creating optimal health, not just reacting to illness.
While many programs offer generic diet or fitness advice, ours is built on deep, personalised data. The key difference is our multi-layered scientific approach, combining functional blood analysis with epigenetic profiling. This allows us to create a truly bespoke protocol tailored to your unique biochemistry, something a standard nutrition plan simply cannot do.
Yes, absolutely. The program is designed to be hyper-personalised to your unique biology and health history. Many of my clients have complex conditions such as PCOS, Hashimoto’s, endometriosis, high blood pressure, or are cancer survivors. The process is tailored to support your body’s specific needs. I also work with many clients who are on HRT, and I maintain a neutral, supportive stance on its use.
No its not included. Basic testing starts at around $24 and can be self-ordered through Instascript. More detailed testing can also be requested through your GP; however, based on my clients' experiences, many GPs are unfortunately unwilling to collaborate with other health professionals, which can lead to an unnecessarily negative experience.
A telehealth consult with a neutral GP via Instascript is $59, and I recommend this as the most straightforward option. Another alternative is iScreen, with costs around $300 depending on the panels ordered, this is because it operates outside the Medicare system.
If your GP is unwilling to order your blood work, Instascript is typically the best route. We’ll discuss all these options in detail during your onboarding call to determine the most suitable and seamless pathway for you.
No. Our philosophy is “food first.” Supplements are used strategically, only when your blood work shows a clear need, and are considered short-term tools. The exception to this are two specific, affordable supplements that I generally recommend to all clients: Magnesium Glycinate and Creatine Monohydrate.
Any supplement recommendations will be tailored to your individual needs, with clear guidance on brand and dosage to remove all the guesswork. The average cost for both of these supplements works out to be around 50c a day.
Yes. This is a one-on-one program. I personally analyse all your data, design your protocols, and lead each of our weekly coaching calls. You'll be supported by me every step of the way.
I also have a chef on my team who helps create your personalised recipes and is available to ensure your meals are not only nourishing but taste delicious too!
The program is designed with busy women in mind.
Expect: • Coaching Calls: 30–60 minutes per week • Educational Content: 30–60 minutes per week • Meal Prep: 1–2 hours per week (outside of daily cooking), which helps make the protocol easy to follow even during your busiest weeks
Not necessarily. Although I’m registered and insured in Australia, the program is 100% online. I work with women across Australia, the USA, Asia, and beyond.
Every woman is different, but most clients notice positive changes, like better energy or reduced bloating, soon after starting their first protocols. More significant results (such as weight loss or symptom relief) often occur within 4–6 weeks. This program is designed to give you lifelong tools, so benefits continue well beyond our 8 weeks together.
Support doesn’t stop. You’ll be invited to join my private Facebook community for ongoing education and support.
You’re also welcome to reach out directly at any time.
I offer regular blood work reviews every 3, 6, or 12 months for those who wish to stay proactive about their long-term health.
