This one-on-one experience is crafted specifically for you, addressing symptoms such as “meno-belly,” sleep disruptions, hot flushes, joint aches, and more. Together, we'll connect weekly online to reimagine your approach to wellness, helping you not just cope but thrive through this transformative phase.

 

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan—it’s customized to your body, genes, and unique needs. Over 8 weeks, you and I will work closely in a journey that’s both educational and empowering.

 

We’ll start by completing functional blood work, alongside epigenetic profiling to discover your unique phenotype and any disease or dysfunctions, then we will identify your menopause phase and develop your Menopause Manifesto, outlining your goals. From there, we’ll focus on chronobiology, balancing your circadian rhythm to enhance energy and improve sleep quality.

 

With protocols personalised to your genetics and blood work, you’ll discover nutrient-dense foods that support symptom relief. We'll use portion control strategies and a custom macro plan to help you manage weight sustainably. We’ll also explore gut health, examining its impact on mood and menopause symptoms, along with my top 12 supplements that support relief and longevity. You’ll also have access to my private chef, who will help you create your own probiotic foods, troubleshoot new cooking methods, and make recipes taste great.

 

You’ll receive tailored exercises to enhance balance, mobility, and pelvic floor strength, along with a personalised cardio and strength routine to support bone density and muscle mass.

 

Throughout this experience, we’ll incorporate rest and recovery techniques, using your smartwatch to track key metrics and ensure you’re fully rejuvenating.

 

By the end, you’ll have a personalised toolkit of strategies and protocols to take control of your menopause journey and beyond, empowering you to thrive with confidence.
